Some of the information materials about the United Nations available at Armenian youth fair

The United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI) participated in a youth fair entitled "Idea Market", which was organized by the Center for Organizing Youth activities and held on 25-27 June.  The initiative was sponsored by the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs within the framework of a conference entitled "Youth, Reality, Perspectives."

DPI and the UN Country Team provided information materials about the work of the UN. The three day event provided a good opportunity for nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and youth groups to become acquainted with the United Nations and its specialized agencies in Armenia.

The objective of the conference and youth fair was to present the work of NGOs that interact with youth. These events also sought to develop the field of youth information exchange and foster links between Armenian youth NGOs and governmental and international organizations.
