On 6 February a group of 40 high school students and their teachers visited the United Nations Department of Public Information (DPI) office in Yerevan to mark International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust.
DPI's Information Officer opened the event with a lecture and presentation. This led to a discussion about terrorism, discrimination and issues related to genocide and Armenian genocide recognition and denial.
The participants then visited the UN library, where they viewed an exhibit about the Holocaust.
