UN School Club of Asoka College, Colombo 10 with the collaboration of UNIC Colombo celebrated World Water Day on 22 April 2012 at school premises. The Day started with the opening of an art exhibition on the theme “Save Water”. In which students from Grade 5 to 10 participated.

United Nations Information Centre (UNIC) Colombo, together with the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board (NDDCB), Sri Lanka launched the Annual Report of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) on 01 March 2012 in the Auditorium of NDDCB.

UNIC Colombo at the request of UN Communication Group (UNCG) on an invitation by the State, ran the UN stall at National Exhibition “Deyata Kirula” representing the UN System in Sri Lanka.
