The UN Country Team Libya has organized programs of activities from 17th – 24th of October 2010, to celebrate the 60 years of cooperation with Libya and to commemorate the 65th Anniversary of the United Nations.

A two Days workshop and simulation on Influenza Pandemic was held in Tripoli on 2&3 of May 2010.

To promote the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women,a two days Workshop was held on 25-26 Nov.2010 at Tripoli organized by Watasimu Charity Society and UN.

A program was held at Academy of Higher Studies, Tripoli on 08 March 2010 organized by General Secretariat of Women’s Affairs, General People’s Congress of Jaffara Region, Academy of Higher Studies, UNDP and UNIC to celebrate the International Women’s Day.
